Resistance bands are a great addition to any strength training routine or rehabilitation program and . Resistance bands are a great tool- easy to carry, easy to store and inexpensive; making it perfect for home use, hotel workouts, or when you’re tight on space at the gym.

Just like free weights exercise bands come in a variety of sizes, lengths, and range of resistance levels- from highly stretchable to heavy-duty strength. Tube bands, with and without handles, loop bands and therapy or Thera Bands and the most common types.

Similarly Suspension training included a full kit (form of resistance training that includes body weight movements) in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed.
