The Imars III charger from Gens Ace delivers tremendous charging power at an inexpensive price.  100 watts of power will quickly charge parallel boards filled with mini quad batteries or larger single lipos.
The Imars III does not support DC input power, so this charger is best used where an AC power source is easily accessible.
