Intellipeak ICE battery charger & discharger

Description

I actually bought this charger a long time ago to do battery cycling for work stuff.  It was used several times to cycle test some Ni-Mh batteries, then that's it.
Includes a bunch of adapters and plugs for various things.  Also includes the optional temperature sensor.
It does do Li-ion and Li-po, but it does not have the balance function.  You can easily get a cheap external balancer though.
