An Unpaid Item Case will be automatically opened if payment is not received within 4 days. From that point, the Buyer will have 4 days to pay for the item. If paid, the item will be shipped. If not paid the case will be closed by eBay and the item will be relisted.
Please be sure to contact me before returning any items so that we can resolve any issues you are having with your purchase.
For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. You must contact us within 14 days. Time must be received within 30.
Please be sure to have your invoice and item number available upon request. Buyer will have to pay for return shipping, unless otherwise noted (i.e. defective item, incorrect item received, etc.).
Invalid shipping addresses will result in additional shipping charges to resend the item(s). If you choose to obtain a refund for said item(s), deduction of shipping cost(s) will be taken from original transaction of purchase. Shipping charges will be deducted even for “Free Shipping” items as it has to be paid in reality.
Please note that all shipping charges are nonrefundable and will be deducted on all returns (unless otherwise stated by seller). This includes the shipping amount for “Free Shipping” items.
For any items advertised as new in box please note that all items are shipped brand new, but boxes may not be in perfect mint condition* (May include minor indentations, scuffs, etc. on outer box). For items in a bag, just return in the bag.
