This auction is for "Loco For Ricky" Ricky Martin Celebrity Bear from JC Bears. It is Star# 36 and you will notice the front of the bear says "Loco For Ricky".  The others on sale on eBay say Loco For You.  I think this one is an original and then the design was changed.  It has never been played with by a child or an adult, so I consider it to be new.  But I guess you could consider it to be used.
