What's Included?
This is a M-S Cash Drawer K-18-EPSON-NCMS cash drawer kick cable to connect a drawer to Epson, or Epson-Compatible, printers.
This cable is 6 feet or 72" inches long with 6-pin RJ-12 male connections on both ends.
Note: a 6-wire to 6-pin configuration is called 6P6C with a RJ-12 end, but it's commonly referred to by the similar RJ-11 nomenclature.

What Does it Fit?
The end marked "Cash Drawer" will connect to M-S brand cash drawers with a 6-Pin RJ12 female connector located on the bottom or rear of the drawer. The end marked "Printer" goes to the printer's DK / drawer kick port.
Most modern Epson receipt printers have a 6-Pin Drawer Kick (DK) port RJ12 (see the photos for an example). This port is usually on the rear-bottom of the Epson printer and has 6 pins (not 8, not 4) and looks similar to a telephone cord end.
There are a number of "Epson Compatible" printers on the market as well. These include Bixolon, SNBC, Citizen, TPG, so if your printer is one of these brands and has a 6 pin drawer kick (DK, CDKO) port, then there's a fair chance it will work.
