Payment Details:
We accept payment via PayPal or by credit card through either PayPal or eBay.  We will ship your package to the shipping address on your eBay account. Full Payment is due immediately for all Buy it Now listed items.  Payment for Auctions is due within 3 days or the item will be re-listed.
Shipping/Packaging Details:
We will use the shipping address that you have on eBay.  If you would like us to ship to another address, please let us know by sending an eBay message to us right after you purchase your item.  We do not ship on weekends, so any items purchased after the shipping cut off on Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday.  We do not ship internationally at this time.
If you purchase multiple items, we will combine shipping and send you an invoice.  We currently ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.  Your purchase will ship via the method selected in the checkout process.  If you purchased an item with FREE shipping, we reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and service. If you are located in San Antonio, Texas, you can also choose “Local Pickup” for your purchase.
We take the utmost care in packaging your items.  We want to make sure your purchase gets to you in the same condition that you have viewed in the listing photos. We individually bubble wrap each item being shipped and use shipping paper to secure it so that it does not bounce around in transit.  We place “fragile please handle with care” stickers on the outside of the box as a subtle message to the post office/UPS to please be careful with our packages.  We will send the package signature required if the purchase is over 0.  Prop Replica guns, swords or knives will be shipped requiring an adult signature.

Refunds:
You may send your item back for a full refund of the item purchase price (minus any internet sales tax collected) within 30 days of purchase.  Contact us by sending us an email via eBay with the reason why you are returning the item and mail it back to us with the same care we took in packaging it when we sent it to you.  The item must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you.  In the unlikely event that the item was damaged in transit, please take pictures of the box and the item so that we can file a claim. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
