Lang 136CMW Description
Designed for finishing cheese on sandwiches, soups, and Italian foods, the Lang 136CMW electric cheese melter
puts the final touches on dishes for customer consumption. Its quartz heating elements run at 1,650 degrees
Fahrenheit and heat in quick succession to waste little time. A chrome-plated rack inside the melter holds the food
during melting-this rack can be reconfigured in four different positions to accommodate various plate and bowl sizes.
To optimize energy use, the cheese melter activates based on applied weight.
