Fueled by natural gas, these Tandoor ovens heat up quickly and cook fast without burning as they can reach an astounding 900F temperature in minutes. This is ideal for restaurants that want to serve delicious authentic food in record-breaking time. They're built to create tender, tastier meat as they savor all the natural juices, bringing earthy flavors while cooking.
The exterior of the oven is stainless steel while the internal cooking chamber pot is made out of Clay! The natural gas produces 48,000 btu of cooking power and each oven comes with the burner, clay balls and tawa, gaddi and 10 pcs of skewer and naan hooks. It also even comes with a repair kit that provides additional clay and 1 jar of seasoning that prevents clay breakage.
This particular model, the CE-IN-2830, measures 30W x 28D x 36H and weighs a sturdy 509 lbs. It has full ETL sanitation certifications to meet NSF standards. The clay pot itself is 29" high while the Lid on this size model is 19" in diameter. This item is made in India and ships by Freight Truck. These items require YOU to provide the manpower or equipment to take the item off the back of the truck from the curb and into your desired location. If you do not have the manpower or equipment, you will require the LIFTGATE DELIVERY OPTION, which normally costs -75 extra, and allows the freight carrier to bring a smaller truck with motorized attachment on the back to lower your pallet down to the curb.
