    COX Ni-Cd Quick Charger with Timer, in the original box, and including the instructions.  It's cat. 900553, released in 1979.  According to the information ion the side of the box, this charger is for COX 5 and 6 cell electric racing cars.  Untested, but appears to be minimally used, if at all.
    Rare charger, not often appearing on ebay.
