How to Install: Place power wheel on its side; then, place right foot into velcro loops. Kneel and place left foot into loop on other plate. Now you should be kneeling with both feet in place. From here, reach back and pull ring up and over the back of your heel and across the high part of heel/Achilles. It should feel quite secure. Do both sides. You are ready to work out anywhere: grass, turf, hard floors, etc.
